Weddings are such a special day in our lives but they are incredibly chaotic when Juggling all of the different people involved; your vendor team, the bridal party, family & all other guests. This is what we specialize in! SMS Events helps to coordinate the chaos by collecting and organizing all of your planned details, communicating all logistics with your vendor team and managing all moving parts on event day so you simply sit back and celebrate! It’s easy to get overwhelmed, but knowing that you have the Ladies in Pink on your side will ensure there is little room for error and a lot of room to party!
Our couples can choose between two service options.
Day-of Coordinating Package
- Initial Welcome Call Consultation
- Vendor selection Guidance
- Unlimited Access to your Coordinator
- In-person 30-day Venue Walkthrough
- Comprehensive event files that include: Ceremony, Reception Set Up, Wedding Overview, Floor Plan and Detailed Itinerary
- Final confirmations with your vendor team 1 week from event
- Up to 2 Coordinators onsite on day of Event
- 1-Hour Ceremony Rehearsal
- Full Event Day Management up to 10 hours (Additional hours can be added)
- Set up of your personal decor items
- Day of Vendor management and guidance
- Timeline management
- Collect all personal items at end of event
Full Coordinating package
- Everything in the “Day of Coordination Package”
- Open Access to Coordinator up to 9 months out
- In person Initial 2-hour Consult
- Monthly touchpoint meetings starting 9 months from Event
- Vendor Selection Assistance
- Correspondence with Each Vendor Throughout your Planning Process
- Assist in Design & Theme of Event
- Assist in Venue Touring & Selection
- Primary Vendor Contact
- Creating a wedding checklist and Monthly To-do Lists
